Collaborators are simply guests that are optionally added to your trial to help out with the making of the trial. It is possible to choose anyone to be a guest in a trial by designating them using the Trial Manager. In the Trial Manager, there is a Collaborators column and upon clicking it next to any trial you wish to have other members working on; a window appears and you can add collaborators through there.
